I know I know, everyone’s made a remake of Atari’s 1976 classic Breakout. It seems to be a sort of rite of passage before you’re allowed to make other games, so here’s mine.

 

But mine’s very different, of course. Mine uses suns…

You can also use a “grav” to push the sun away from the paddle. This was originally to give players a way of ending endless looping back-and-forths at the top of the screen (Unity “physics”), but now that has been fixed in code it is just a neat power-up. More are planned but not yet implemented.
